SRM's Quality Policy is communicated to all employees, partners, suppliers and customers, and is made public on our website, www.srm-sa.ch, to ensure transparency and sharing of our commitments and objectives and on the noticeboard at our offices.

Activities to support the Quality Policy
To achieve our objectives, SRM is committed to:
• Raise awareness, educate and train staff on the culture of quality and specific techniques for production processes, controls and management methodologies.
• Identify and resolve quality issues through targeted and verifiable corrective actions.
• Monitor the effectiveness of corrective actions and undertake continuous improvement measures.
• Support the Quality System Manager in managing programs and continuously monitoring system performance.
